Voting Process for Director Candidates

 

 

The Board has elected to implement an online voting process again.

Like last year, we are using the ElectionBuddy voting service.  The voting process was both easy and secure.

 

On May 10th, all members on our club roster will be sent an email with a unique link to vote.  Click on the link, select up to 2 of the candidates, confirm your choices, and you are done!  Once you have voted, you will not be able to return to the site, vote again, change your vote, or see how the results are stacking up.

 

Once the voting period commences, no one has the ability to see how a member voted, nor the current results of voting. Non-candidate Directors can see who voted and when, but not who the member voted for.

 

After the initial email goes out to all ERMGC members, several follow-up emails will be sent to those who have NOT yet voted as a reminder to vote. However, you are not under any obligation to vote.

 

The voting period will be from Friday, May 10th, through Wednesday 6pm, on June 19th, the date of our General Meeting, where the results will be announced.
